Will is a statistician interested in improving how observational data is used for prediction and inference problems in health research. His current research focus is on clinical prediction models that use data collected by wearable devices like smartphones and smartwatches. He is also interested in improving transparency and reusability of research data and code, qualities which are often ignored in health research due to difficulties sharing sensitive personal data.
