Short Biography |
I am currently a Lecturer in the School of Psychology, University of Glasgow, where my main role is in teaching research methods and statistics. Over the past three years, as part of the team behind the PsyTeachR initiative, I have worked on developing both materials and practice to improve the teaching of these topics in our field; focusing on improving undergraduate skills in visualisation, data-wrangling, and communication, as well as the standard analytical skills, all within a reproducible and open framework. Alongside this work, I lead a research group interested in all areas of voice perception and looking at the information that you can obtain from a person's voice, and how that influences your interactions with them. |
