| Short Biography | I started my career in Physics back in the 90s. Research Software Engineering (RSE) wasn't recognised as a role and that made me switch to a software developer role in the private sector for nearly 20 years: working in a range of different companies and different technologies. Lately, this included mobile app development and then software/cloud architecture. In 2019, I decided to take a role at the University College London as a RSE. In January 2021 launched the Code for Thought podcast and in July 2023 I decided to leave UCL and work full-time on podcasting for Science and Engineering, including the Code for Thought podcast show. |
